Maelenn Corfmat candidates for a PhD in Law at both the University of Montreal and the University of Paris Descartes. Her research project is internationally co-tutored by both following professors: Catherine Régis and Anne Debet.
Maelenn's PhD research project is mainly about the legal framework for the AI in Healthcare facing the actual issues about data privacy. This research work will be conducted in a Law comparative approach between European Union, Canada and USA.
Maelenn has worked three years as a legal and compliance officer in the pharmaceutical industry. That's why her project also aims to put forward the most fitting solutions to concrete and specific legal issues of each concerned actor
